Dear Friends and Supporters of Housing Alliance and Community Partnerships (HACP):

Welcome to the HACP website! We would like to thank you for your support and would like to provide a brief explanation of our services to the residents of the City of Pocatello.

HACP was established in 1968 as the city’s public housing authority. While we are currently known as Housing Alliance and Community Partnerships, we have previously been known by the following names: Housing Authority of the City of Pocatello and Pocatello Housing Authority. HACP was established as a result of Idaho Code 50-1905. HACP is an independent public body governed by a five-member board appointed by the Mayor of Pocatello.

Monthly board meetings are available to the public for transparency in our operations.

There is a plethora of situations that impose challenges on those who need affordable housing. HACP seeks to provide strategic solutions to assist these community members.

Through the administration of several federal housing programs and management of multiple HACP owned properties, we currently assist over 1,000 households in obtaining safe, affordable, and decent housing within the City of Pocatello.

The Board of Commissioners and HACP staff are committed to providing clients with the highest standards or professionalism, both in customer service and the housing provided. We are proud of the work we do with the Pocatello community and continuously strive to improve and grow.
